The first shop I will introduce is a popular sensitive taste beef cutlet restaurant named,”Moto-mura.” There are 3 outlets in Shinjuku, all the outlets are gathered with full of people.
The recommendation is ”Beef sirloin cutlet wheat rice set” (1200yen). The meat seemingly in small size, but the beef is tightly jammed. Slightly rare meat will gave the amazing cutlet and it is one of the best delicious reason. You can have it as it is, and or can arrange yourself using the iron plate in front of you. Besides having it with soy sauce, you can also have it with wasabi, yama wasabi sause, and rock salt. Having with these garnish will be satisfied, and you can not have it in other restaurants. Moreover, the rice can be refill one time. Shinjuku outlet is not much crowded than the Tokyo station outlet, but I suggest weekdays lunch time is the best time to go! It is one of the popular restaurant that need to wait for 3 hours to dine in the weekend, and provides roast beef don and American steak. In Tokyo, the one in Takadanobaba was popular, but recently they opened the new outlet in Harajuku.
The harmony that elaborate with white rice and slice of roast beef gaves the energies taste that will take your stress away. They use full of the main roast beef on the top of the rice, and even you turn over you may think can`t still able to see the bottom. For people whom do not like rare egg on the top of the roast beef don, how about other recommend menu, steak don. The thick steak marinated with heavy sauce also make the excellent taste.

It is a homey atmosphere bar, the chunk meat grill is the signature menu. The most eye catching is the chunk lean meat. They used black Japanese beefs`, “Shintama”(round tip), where the parts it is hard to get, but at here you can eat how much as you want. Since they use far-infrared radiation to grill, so you can have a rare texture even the meat is well done. You can have it as it is, or can arrange with unique garnish such as wine salt, charcoal salt, and wasabi. The fresh vegetables bagna cauda is also the popular dish that you can have it with restaurant original sauce!
Besides dinner time, the lunch time curry is popular. Immediately right after it opened, may can dine it smoothly.

It is the rich hamburger shop that they are particlar about the ingredients and their buns. “The dish finishes in your mouth”, is the concept of this restaurant. The rich taste spread over your mouth and well-calculated if you just eaten a bite . The standard menu is “Hamburger”, 1300 yen. Maybe might feel little expensive but using the selected Japanese beef and the original buns collaborated with Maison Kaiser will satisfied. The tartart sauce, marinated onion, french fries, and pickes comes with all the burgers in a set. The wide varieties of topping is also an accent.
The best time is around 5pm in weekdays. There is also take out so depends on yor situation the customers can have it on their own style.

Ma-san`s Home (Ma-san no Ie) Shibuya main outlet
At last, the restaurant I want to introduce is Ishigaki beef hamburg steak restaurant. The recommendation is,”Ma-san Hamburg steak” (200g 1280yen+tax). The individual blended spicy sauce and soft hamburg steak can have it with spoon, and it is very moist. The meat done it rare will melt when you put it into your mouth. They directly contact with the farm, so they can able to provide the fresh good Ishigaki beef in cheap price. Please have it with a sets of rice, soup, and salad. More rice and rice refills are also acceptable.
If you do not want to be in line, prefer to go around 15-17pm in weekdays. How about have it for little early reward dinner!
