11/07/2016

Matcha (green tea) is the Japanese traditional drink in Japan. These days, Matcha is very popular among foreign countries.

Matcha have a lot of catechin, vitamins, and dietary fiber, and it is also known as the advantage of “Very healthy!” and “Expect the relax effect.”

However, I feel that the most reason why matcha has been captured from every foreigners is definately “The Taste.” The Matcha has mild bitter taste with the rich taste; it can have it alone, and or with Matcha flavor sweets.

This time, we would like to introduce 3 selected shops from Tokyo that you can have and enjoy!

1.Kyo Kasho Tsuruya Yoshinobu Tokyo

"Tsuruya Yoshinobu” was established in Edo period, in 1803. It is one of the famous store in Japanese traditional sweets.   Always keep this two words in mind, "Make good products than any others" and "Have faith and hopitality to introduce Kyoto wagashi culture." From this motto,  it have been made, "Good quality" for over 200 years. Not just "protecting" their own shops, find a new values・to create new imagination,  loved by people in all ages.

The "TsuruyaYoshinobu" located in Nihonbashi. It divided into three sections; sells department, Sabo, and Kyujyaya.
At Sabo, visitors can feel the traditional atmosphere of Japan, can enjoy Anmitsu, Zenzai, green tea parfait, and etc.
At Kyujyaya, there is a counter that artisan makes Namagashi in front of the customers, and enjoy the rich taste wagashi with green tea.

It is very popular, and always crowded. In the morning on the weekdays are mostly have vacant seats available. Please come by, and feel the Kyoto atmosphere among the elaborate design interior!

Their matcha ice cream has 7 levels, and the more the number gets highest, the tastes is bitter rich taste. The no.1 is like the normal flavor Matcha ice cream but if you eat no.2, the thckness will be double. I can`t imagine how the no.7 ice cream will be… People who love aventure should try no.7!

Not only music, but I am also interested in movie, reading books, enjoying Japanese hot springs and eating. I love to enjoy eating delicious food and chatting, so I always visit different cafes with my friends! (Published 2016)
