"Coisof" is the very rich soft ice cream shop it is said brings "love."  It opened at Harajuku, in August 2017, the birthplace of KAWAII culture, and because of that reason, they made the interior of the shop pop and cute! The popular "Coi" soft ice cream have 2 flavors, the white and black sesame. As some of you know, sesame is known as one of the health food that will increase nutrition and immunity. ”Coisof" is a sesame soft ice cream that has been made it till the sesame will be thickened to the limit and can not be squeezed the ice cream further by the machine. The white sesame is milky, fragrant and has strong sesame flavor. The black sesame is more smooth and has rich flavor compared to white sesame. Both have different sesame flavors, so it might be good to try both and comapared the taste. Moreover, "Coisof" the "Coi" have two meaning, "Love(恋＝koi)" and "Thick(濃い＝Koi) in Japanese. After that, "Coi Soft Ice Cream" use Kagawa traditional snack "Oiri" for the topping.　The ”Oiri" is the snack traditionally used in wedding ceremony in Kagawa prefecture and also known as bringing good luck. The shape is like a pearl, colorful, it is crispy and fluffy. It made it cute soft ice cream! There are 6 varieties of flavors and depends there is seasonal menu. English is available, there is also English and Chinese menu. To order, the numbers are also written on the menu, so you do not have to worry about language barrier.
