"Tokiwado Kaminari Okoshi Honpo" is a long established Japanese Wagashi shop continuing more than 250 years. The "Kaminari Okoshi (Okoshi=it is one of the Japanese Wagashi processed grain and hardened with candy)" is one of the "Tokiwado Kaminari Okoshi Honpo" `s signature sweet; they are making with selected raw materials and protecting their traditional way. At "Kaminari 5656 Kaikan", for public, they are also helding "Kaminari Okoshi Experience." You can make Tokiwado Kaminari Okoshi Honpo`s Kaminari Okoshi by yourself! Making while learning how the process of Kaminari Okoshi is, you can try your handmade Okoshi you made and bring it back home. Furthermore, for participant to make Okoshi at home, they are also providing "Okoshi Kit" for present. You can think back on what you have learned from here and make yourself at home! This production experience are need to be book. The time are divided in to 3 times a day: 10am~. 12:30~ and 15pm~. The time required approximately from 30min~1hr, and each time zone are maximun of 20 people. Please reserve 7 days before the date.
