Nadeshiko Hotel Shibuya

There is free tatami shared space where you can enter and leave freely for 24 hours. On the 1st floor, there is Japanese Izakaya restaurant, "OISHI KOMACHI SHINSEN" opens from 17pm-23pm(L.O22:30). The men can also enter freely. At here, they also provide breakfast from 8am-10am, and lunch from 12pm-14pm(L.O13:30) The breakfast menu is Hot sand & drink set for 500 yen. At lunch, they provide 4 different types of Udon set comes with drink for 800 yen.
