"NOAKE TOKYO" started from a small stall shop at Omotesando. In present, there are 4 branches, in Asakusa, Akihabara, Tokyo, and Ginza. "NOAKE (野空=noake)” came from the name,"野点”(nodate), which means feel the change of the seasons surrounded by nature under the sky. At NOAKE, the customers can find sweets that feel the warmth and playfulness through sweets. The best popular sweets gateau deuxte(pound cake), "Le caramel aux bananes" is not using any preservatives, and it is a pound cake that is very tightly and rich moist texture using 2 bananas in the ingredients. "Bon Bon Caramel" is a flower bouquet type chocolate have full of playfulness; and inside the cute circle chocolate, there is melted fruit puree.
