Mori Art Museum
Mori Art Museum is a modern art museum located on the 53rd floor of Mori Tower of Roppongi Hills. Iron/ glass/ sandstone are used on the exterior and the building was designed by the international architect, Richard Gluckman. Special exhibitions of Asian-centered domestic and foreign modern art works (such as paintings, photographs, films and architecture) are held.
There have been various styled exhibitions displayed. For example, one-man exhibitions by authors, concept-centered special exhibitions and regional exhibitions focusing on countries and regions. Together with the exhibitions, unique events such as sign language tours, English gallery talks and parent & child chatting tours are held. As the art museum located in the center of Tokyo, Roppongi and the highest place in Japan, Mori Art Museum continues to dispatch the possibilities and questions of art through various challenges.
