Sunny hills　

Sunny hills is the pineapple cake shop from Taiwan. Sunny hill is also expanding in Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong; and in Japan, there is one shop in Minami Aoyama, Tokyo. The Japanese architect, Mr. Kengo Kuma had done used square Hinoki timber to built, and if you entered the warm building, it feels like you are in the forest.

Sunnyhills pineapple jam are made from Taiwan pineapple. On the red clay hill in the mountain of Bagua-shan(八卦山), it took over 18 months to grow this pineapple with the full of love by farmers. After the harvest, it takes few more months to make the pineapple paste and turn into delicious "Jam."

Moreover, the pineapple cake dough that provide in Japan are made it from fresh eggs, selected flour, and ferment French butter from Echire. In addition, the taste is little different to Taiwan. The pineapple they used is the one harvest in every summer, it has a sweet smooth taste along with the sourness. Definately, we assumed that the dough made by plenty of butter and the smooth taste jam will be addicted! It is heavy pineapple cake, so when you are bit hungry or get tired from work and want to relax, how about have it with Taiwan tea? Depend on the stores, the design of the buildings are different.
