The donut is loved by all over the world. It can have it as snack, or if you feel tired or depressed, just have a bite will give you a happy feeling. To enjoy the best moment, macanon is particular about serving the freshly baked donuts. At France boulangeries, it is very common that the customers ate the freshly baked French bread immediately, and there is no tip of the bread when they reached back home. We are aiming for such a taste. We write macanon " 万菓音" in Japanese. We would like to make a lot of sweets that can make the customers feel happy. The dough is made it from the Kumamoto rice flour(gluten free). Using rice flour will make the dough more fluffy and chewy texture. Moreover, we used Nagoya Kochin for the eggs, and fresh butter to make the deep elegant sweet taste. It overturning the image of dry baked donut.There is only one flavor, which is plain (180 yen tax included). After 2017, we are thinking of adding more flavors. It is very tasty as it plain but also we recommend to use the dip sauces. We have chocolate sauce, avocado sauce, and cream cheese! The donut from macanon is also perfect for the souvenirs!
