Roppongi Sakurazaka
Sakura-zaka parallelly locates on the south-side of Keyaki-zaka. As its name suggests, cherry blossom trees are planted on both sides of the street. In the spring its' flowers bloom, and you will be able to enjoy a Japan-like row of cherry blossom trees. Though it is located right next to the tourist-crowded Keyaki-zaka, it is very quiet since it is surrounded by a residential area. Sakura-zaka is a recommended place to visit when you want to leave the bustle of the city and relax.
The street sides not only have cherry blossom trees but are also rich in green. So why not take a rest on a close by bench when you get tired after shopping. Since its periphery is a residential area, the entrance of tourists is prohibited. But the Sakura-zaka Park, facing the street, is open to the public. Several playground equipment are placed, and the park is crowded with neighborhood children on holidays.
