Nezu Shrine
Nezu Shrine is a shrine founded by Tokugawa Tsunayoshi in Edo period(1706) designated a national important cultural properties. There is a famous rock named Bungo no Ishi ("Stone of the Literary Greats") where Natsume Soseki sat and received inspiration. Nezu Shrine appeared in a lot of famous Japanese literature. There is a garden of Rhododendron. There are over 3000 plants in the garden. Rhododendron Festival will be held in this garden.
