KITTE
KITTE is a shopping mall built in the remodeled building of Tokyo Central Post Office, located in front of the Tokyo Station. On the exterior of the building, the outer walls of the post office constructed in 1931 are reused.
However, the interior is now a 6 story mall, with a modern structure. Each floor has a theme, such as "local specialties across the nation," "Japanese aesthetics," and "Japanese Omotenashi (hospitality)." And each floor lines shops that are related to the themes. Many shops handle Japan-specific products, such as "Wagashi (Japanese confectionary)," so you will be able to experience cultures of all over Japan while being in Tokyo.
KITTE is rich in facilities having a 1st to 5th floor wellhole atrium, a manned information center, a 6th floor roof garden "KITTE Garden", coin lockers and ATMs.
