"Tokyo Tower" which is said to be the symbol of Tokyo was born in 1958. It was made with a color that can noticeable easily and made it strong tough building even in a big earthquakes. The light-up of the exterior is divided by summer and winter versions, not only the standard light up, but also light up incorporating events and seasons. Also, they collaborated with ”NAKED” famous for projection mapping,, and they hold the projection mapping which varies according to the season.
This time, the highest 250m special observatory that had been closed down since October, 2016 by under construction is renewed open in March 3, 2018! It was reborn as a “top deck tour” of full reservation system.
As like you are enjoying the entertainment, you can learn the birth of “Tokyo Tower”, and bring you to the TOP DECK where it continue from the past to future.

First, at the entrance, please show the staff the QR code you have received by a e-mail when you purchased. Since you can not enter unless you have this QR code, be sure to print it out or save the screen (screen capture) and bring with you!
After the staff loaded the QR code, than you will receive the guide system.

After you received the guide system, please listen to the instruction what staff gives you and let's start the tour!
Firstable, the staff will guide to Tower Gallery and to Secret Library. At here, you can see the
construction landscape, the history of Tokyo Tower and the past and modern townscape. After you learn little about the history of Tokyo Tower, let's head to main deck (150m) area. Then, transfer to other elevator and up to “Platform.”
Main Deck (C)TOKYO TOWER
At “Platform”, they offer one drink and photo service. First, the staff will ask you to take a photo with the pose of "WIO”!, which was born from the map symbol of the radio tower that the staff taught you at the entrance. You can able to check your photo you took at 2nd floor when you leave, so please do not forget to drop by! The large color photo will be charged, but you can have a small TOP DECK original photo for free. The picture is printed like it was picked up in the newspaper! After the picture, please have a cup of drink. This cup can take it with you as a memory that you were here! It is a tour, which added a Japanese traditional service of "Omotenashi (hospitality)."

Finally! Let's head to the "Top Deck" riding a large glass window elevator! When you arrive, it spreads all over is the pillars of the metallic geometric mirror. The day is like this! The sunshine and the daytime cityscape reflect on the geometric mirror.

The atmosphere totally changes at night. the geometric mirror and LED light will surround the whole “TOP DECK” and feel like you getting stuck in the future. Is it not beautiful?

On your booking date, you need QR code for the number of people you booked receive by email at the time of purchase, so please print the ticket or take the screen capture and bring it with you (QR code can be checked after the ticket purchase completion mail or on the Top Deck Tour ticket inquiry screen).
There is no limit to the time in the "TOP DECK", so you can spend yourself as much as you wish. Please tell the staff if you want to leave. Also, you can go to the "main deck", so you may can see and compare both differences.
Sometimes at night, they hold seasonal projection mapping. You may can check it on at the official website if there is a limited illumination. I recommend you to see it together!

Spring Limited: CITY LIGHT FANTASIA Spring Night Cherry Blossom Version 2018
Now, in the main deck of 2nd floor, they are helding the NAKED's limited projection mapping "CITY LIGHT FANTASIA Spring Night Cherry Blossom Version." The Sakura × Easter Decoration Event "SAKURA EASTER" is also held together in the observation deck.

This projection mapping directs a mysterious world that blends Japanese culture. You can see the 3 dimensional full moon overlaps the cherry blossom, blizzard with the view of Tokyo and can see the night view of Tokyo Tower spreading on the floor wrapping by the pink petals blown in the wind.

There is also a photo spot on the south side (Shinagawa / Yokohama direction) where you can shoot a night view with a flurry of cherry blossoms blown in the wind in the back. Please do not forget to take it!
