Metropolitan Plaza is a shopping complex located at Ikebukuro West exit in Toshima-ku, Tokyo.
It is a symbolic building for its convenience in Ikebukuro West exit as it is directly connected to the station.
Metropolitan plaza rises up to 22 floors and 4 stories down to the underground. There are offices in higher levels, in lower levels has LUMINE department store for shopping, and connected to Tobu department store.

The mall is always busy with shoppers. The dining and shopping area is well developed, and very convinient. There are also cinema, book stores, general goods stores, and a bank within one building for visitors to fully enjoy!
