10/02/2017
In Harajuku where the Kawaii culture`s began, there is one cute soft ice cream shop called,”Coisof”, opened in August 8, 2017. The shop is located where you entered one road from Takeshita-dori.
It is the soft ice cream famous for richest sesame ice cream in the world!
It seems that it is set to make it dense to the limit of the machine, it is rich, sweet and delicious soft ice cream that the sesame flavor is amazingly surprised.
Ice Cream with Consciousness of Japanese Tradition and Taste
At Coisof, you can enjoy the Japanese taste. They used all ingredients only from Japan. Sesame is one of the traditional ingredient Japanese familiar with, such as used for rice cracker and Miso soup.
The snack which is on the top is called,”Oiri”, it is the snack traditionally used in wedding ceremony in Kagawa prefecture and has crispy and fluffy texture. It is a new type of soft ice cream that arranged the tradition. There are two tastes, white sesame and black sesame. The white sesame is more milky and sesame is more stronger. It is totally different taste compare to black sesame, so I recommend you to try each one with couples.
